Chinese take out is — ironically enough — a staple of American cuisine culture, and one we never pass up when presented the opportunity to celebrate. We knew from putting this on last year that Plainview students LOVE fried rice & operate chopsticks in surgical manner. Hence the reason it was back!

Chinese take out “to-go” boxes, chopsticks, soy sauce, fortune cookies, and, orange glazed rainbow carrots, and some FRIED RICE — fried up fresh in Plainview kitchens, just the way you like it. Round II was a big hit, as expected.
